1. "The SOTR Debit Account" is for international shoppers who wish to purchase US goods and services online, but have not been able to do so in the past, or have done so only with great diffaculty. If you have previously not been able to buy from US stores online because you hold an international credit/debit card, or have an international non verifiable billing address, or want goods delivered to an international shipping address, now you can.
Before you begin your registration we recommend you visit our FAQs page, and read the "International Shoppers Tutorial" for instructions on how to use the site. Also check with your bank to see if there are any account holds, and that you have sufficient funds available, that would prevent Shop Off The Rock from processing your card through our PayPal terminal when you make a deposit. If there are, please have the holds removed so there are no delays in processing your request.
2. If you are a US or Canadian shopper shipping domestically, or an international shopper with a debit/credit card or PayPal account accepted by online merchants in the US, you do not need to sign up for a SOTR Debit Account. However, if you wish to ship your goods outside of the US using our freight forwarding services we recommend you set up a "SOTR Debit Account" to ensure accurate shipping.
